Alpha's Kickboxing Classes for Women, Men and Teens provide a diverse workout of conditioning and toning for the entire body including the cardiovascular system. Through exercises involving UPKUDO style kicks and punches, one can also learn how to protect oneself. Kickboxing classes include ball, bag and stretch band routines, line drills, hand and feet combinations, free weights, partner workout, circuit training, super-setting free weights, and extensive floor routines for the entire body. Our kickboxing classes require no special uniforms or testing, although kickboxing classes are an excellent preparation or supplement for our UPKUDO karate classes. Alpha UPKUDO's kickboxing classes are taught by certified instructors Sensei Liz Tatum, Sonia Clark, Mr. Brandon Keefer and Master Anne Radke.
